• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping

We ship nationwide across South Africa using Aramex.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Major Cities: 2 to 4 business days
• Regional Areas: 3 to 5 business days
• Remote Areas: 4 to 7 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping option.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your Aramex tracking number, allowing you to track your parcel every step of the way.

Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. Cloud Skin cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the parcel or the address is incorrect, Aramex may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us. Any additional shipping costs for resending the order may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with Aramex to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
